Free delivery is offered in Kigali. Nationwide delivery is available across Rwanda, and DHL worldwide delivery is available for international orders. Any order-specific courier or delivery charge should be confirmed during checkout or by the store.
Delivery address
Provide the recipient’s name and phone number, a complete address, and a useful landmark where appropriate. Confirm that your contact number can be reached about the delivery.
Timing and availability
Delivery timing can vary by destination, product availability, courier schedules and conditions outside the store’s control. The store will confirm relevant details for your order.
Tracking and changes
When tracking details are available they may appear in your order timeline or be shared by the store. Contact the team as early as possible if your address or delivery details need correction before dispatch.
